Small & Simple privacy policy

Small & Simple (SST) is a private family habit tracker used only by members of the Nelson family. Sign-in is limited to an allowlist of family Google accounts.

What we collect

• Your Google name, email and profile photo, to sign you in.
• Goals you set and the check-ins, amounts and notes you log.
• With your permission, from Android Health Connect: body weight, sleep sessions and exercise sessions. These are read only to complete your goals and chart your progress.
• Meal photos, posts, comments, kudos and nudges you create.

Who can see it

Your body weight in pounds is visible only to you. Other family members see weight progress only as percentages. Goal completion, streaks, points, posts and photos are visible to family members in the app. Data is never sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Storage and deletion

Data is stored on Cloudflare (D1 database and R2 storage). Ask the family administrator to delete your account and all of its data at any time.
